We recommend reserving your equipment as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests.

Send us a message through our contact form, email, text or call. Once we confirm availability, we’ll send a detailed quote and rental agreement. A 50% retainer is required to hold your date, with the balance due 7 days before your event or at pickup. 

Yes, we require a no-refundable deposit of 50% before we reserve rentals. 

Yes, we have a $150 minimum rental order before taxes and delivery. A minimum fee of $50 for delivery in Kawartha Lakes and Peterborough Area plus additional fees for further. This helps us ensure we can provide the quality of service and attention your event deserves.

Nope! Rental periods are typically 2–3 days to allow for flexible drop-off and pickup scheduling. For example, if your event is on Saturday, we’ll usually drop off Friday and pick up Sunday or Monday, depending on availability.

Yes, we offer delivery, setup, and pickup for an additional fee based on location and order size. We also offer client pickup and return for select items. Please inquire for specifics.

Yes—many of our items are eligible for customer pickup from locations in Peterborough. We’ll provide handling instructions to ensure everything stays in great shape. 

Absolutely. We allow changes up to 7 days before your event, subject to item availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate swaps and additions as your plans evolve.

We understand accidents can happen. A damage deposit may be required and will be returned if all items are in good condition. Significant damage or missing items will be invoiced at replacement cost. You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your rental period. 

The 50% deposit is non-refundable.  
Cancel up to 30 days before your event: we will do our very best to accommodate a new date within a calendar year.  

Cancel within 24 hours: 100% of the rental cost is charged.
